The ISCD hosted this year's National Wheelchair Basketball Cup Final: ISCD-Ramat Gan against Beit HaLochem-Haifa.
Some 800 spectators, including Minister of Culture & Sports Limor Livnat, watched a close and exciting match.
The ISCD team, despite one of its best seasons, lost by 3 points after dropping a 6-point lead less than a minute to the end.
The Game was broadcast live on Israeli TV.
Before the game, the Center's Florida Friends’ President David Weissman, Chairman, the Hon. Billy Joel, and wife Sandra, Dr. Rubin Salant, Trina London, and Jerry Herman presented a signed ball to 12-year-old Yehoshua Eliazarov, representing the Center's disabled children's basketball team.
